i don't just imagine it, i've worked with people like that my entire career lmao
it pisses me off so much, like, of all the things, live debugging / experimenting with css is So Easy compared to literally every other possible thing
Yeah I live solidly in the backend world so when I do have to work with CSS it ends up being more “I have figured out something that seems like it works and I need you to tell me if I have stepped on any rakes”
