2oz apple brandy, 0.75oz Ramazotti, 0.25oz China-China
Liz wanted something Manhattan-like with apple brandy, and I honestly think I knocked this one out of the park. It's got the tartness of an apple with a bit of the bitterness you'd get from a Black Manhattan. It's possible it would benefit from a dash or two of bitters but we'll have to wait for its next outing to test.
