Liz made a new batch of rhubarb syrup... we are gonna be drinking well this summer ๐
it's great in any kind of classic sour, and I particularly enjoy a rhubarb-and-custard gin fizz with a whole egg and some vanilla liqueur to really bring out the custardiness
