this is the only way to reliably get face time with the caped crusader so but necessity this is what he does. he's always saying shit like "won't you take me out on the town?" in full earnest but batman thinks it's a taunt. tying each other up is a major bonus. wait am I just describing Batman 66?

A slight concern that you've called attempting to use a comically oversized bomb to blow up a building full of people "technically illegal but harmless", but apart from that
"Oh Batman? Baaaaatmaaaaaan! I'm eating fried chicken with utensils in Georgia Batman! Won't you come out and stop me, Bats? Pretty please come to dinner with me Batty."
(Yes there's actually a law against eating fried chicken with anything but your hands in Georgia)
