1oz vodka, 1 large scoop lemon sorbet, 4oz sparkling wine
This was pretty good, but not as good as we'd hoped. I think maybe a sweeter wine (we used Friexenet) would have worked better. The recipe book also suggests a bit of limoncello. Definitely worth iterating on.
