imo 20% is the minimum tip for someone who is merely very bad at their job. any lower is unjustifiable unless they've pissed in your food or called you a slur

My understanding of burrito theory is that everything is supposed to stay inside the tortilla unless the tortilla is deliberately unwrapped by the eater. This burrito-maker seems to have it out for both you and burritos as a concept
when i worked in the fast food pizza business i made some absolutely dogshit pizzas on stressful and hectic nights... i really hope the recipients of those pizzas still know that i love pizza and did not enjoy doing it a disservice :(
