Enjoyed this more this time around! It feels like Mann was chewing on something James Bond shaped and this is what popped out: everyone's acting so over-the-top cool that it's almost cheesy, but the film leans into it with so much wild swagger that it hits the landing. Hemsworth as the super-competent protagonist who is pointedly NOT a spy, a scenery-chewing villain whose goals are pointedly mundane, and a constant turning of the eye to the collateral damage. I do still feel like the third world plays too much of a background role here, but there is an undeniable interest in highlighting how the games of finance (and the antagonist absolutely stands in for legal finance horseshit as well) cost the blood of people we choose not to see.
