I'm 2h 18m into a run and this is where I'm at. Here's the key:

My best bet for hitting bingo at this point is the TLBR, ROW2, COL4, or ROW5. I've got about 9k sen stored up, so ROW4 and COL3 are also possibilities. At this point, the real question is just which of the bingo items I find first!

This took way longer than it should have because I'm a fool and a goof. I couldn't get Gouging Top because I didn't have the Mechanical Barrel that I needed to upgrade my prosthetic tools... and I completely forgot that I had seen it in a shop, thought "I probably don't need that because I'm not going to use prosthetic tools", and proceeded to ignore it. In the end the time was about 5h 45m, but it probably would have been closer to 3h 30m if I hadn't been a fool.
