I'll bet this was copy/pasted from a calculator app after converting from centimeters.
I guess if US Customary units get nonsensical enough, we'll switch over to metric out of desperation.

For no reason! We're not designing engine parts here, nobody looking at the Target packaging has ever given a shit about a millimeter. Why not commit and measure it to the nearest thousandth of an inch
