i took this enormous tree across from my house and removed all sense of scale. the clear sky made the composition even simpler and yeah, i just love how stark it is
when i first moved to california about 3 years ago, i kept laughing when i saw any palm tree. i dont really know why it was so funny seeing them for the first time in person. they felt like, trees from movies. idk. and then here's this one living next to me–goofily tall, all by its lonesome. it's a good tree
