I was using Glimpse for a while but that's apparently not maintained. I should try Krita again, I think I had some kind of problem with it, but that was a couple of years ago and possibly on a worse computer.
Last time I tried Krita it didn't adapt very well to touchscreen + pen use. I couldn't figure out how to resize bits of the UI so they weren't unusably tiny. DrawPile is another nice simple FOSS drawing program, and it's multiplayer (if you want).
