yeah i had this happen with sword/shield, still ain't personally excited about s/v myself but picking up the new one because i know a guy who's really excited and some of our mutuals have been weirdly antagonistic about it
yea i can't stand the kind of antagonism these games engender online now, i'm super glad i'm not going that far with my disappointment lol
I got it because my friends are really excited and I’m looking forward to playing with them but. Yeah personally I don’t feel very excited.
I started to play - just about 20 minutes in and. woof. The reviews are no joke, this game is buggy as heck and ugly even when things are working properly. It really makes me sad.
I'm in the same boat. May go through it on Christmas break or something but I'm just out of the loop with that world now. Is this the one with the apple dinosaur?
This is how I felt about Sword and Shield, and Scarlet and Violet really won me over in the last week. If I could've bought a copy two days ago I would have in a heartbeat, but all of the reviews about how poorly it runs on the Switch are really giving me cold feet about shelling out $60...
Same. I really didn't enjoy Sword and Shield, and everything I've seen of Scarlet and Violet so far is making me hesitate to spend money on it.
Sword and Shield really put me off pokemon, I took a chance with Arceus and I liked how different it was but at this point I think I'm kinda done with the franchise unless they really experiment.
Bring back Pokemon Dynasty imo.
