to participate, keep an eye on the #COMPOST #1 tag for @HVB to post the theme (at midnight EST). from then on, you’ll have 24 hours to make whatever kind of music you’d like to fit it! don’t worry about fussing over it for that whole time frame though—the submission window is broad to give as many people as possible a chance to submit, but it’s recommended that you give yourself a soft limit of about two hours to work on your song. just make sure you also tag your post with #COMPOST #1 when you finish it so that other participants can check your work out!!
