after weeks of it not being a thing, youtube has again started blocking video playback on account of my ad blocker. i hate this shit. the internet is so fucked
the upside to this is i've stopped scrolling through youtube and started working on my game boy game. i wonder how many people just leave youtube when blocked from playing videos vs. whitelist the site in their ad blocker
I used the Ublock origin fix, but it still happen sometimes. I need to delete my entire history for the site to stop bothering me... for a time.
YouTube sucks so bad now (like everything else). Every ad is 2+ minutes of ai voice right wing grifter scam bait. I only use pipepipe now when I can and luckily ublock is still working for me in firefox for now
i've already noticed myself not using youtube nearly as much lately because so much of the shit on there feels designed to waste your time. if they really try to make me sit through an ad to get to something i'm not even that into they're out of their mind lmao
