Jesus fucking christ, that's so fucking dangerous too!! your body needs EXTRA energy right now to, yknow, heal itself from major trauma!! like malpractice level negligence to suggest someone needs to diet (no one ever needs to diet and it's always dangerous but like, even moreso) 2 days after surviving a car crash!! i fucking hate it here, im sorry you had to deal with that
