i got Hypnospace Outlaw almost 2 years ago when i had a job doing tech support for linux servers and website hosting and shit. i couldn't get very far because, despite how good it was, it was just making me more stressed about my real job i hated lol. i think it's been long enough to replay it though

Yeah same. I stopped after the first third of the game bc it was starting to feel like a job and I also was unhappy with the consequences of my own actions so I didn’t want to continue lol
