Agh, again? Come on, I just... ugh. Well, I ain't going back to the days of forums and personal sites. I know, it's the way of the elder millenial to retreat back into the woods and hew fresh HTML sites with no JS like it was the 00s once more but it wasn't for me even then, too isolated and disparate.
Anyway, the lament here is one of feeling like cohost was just about getting it together, ready to be the final resting spot for many a nomadic digital citizen looking for someplace to call home after everywhere else fell to The Numbers. Now even that place is gone, I too wonder if people will just vanish now, only to be found in the depths of the web by accident.
So, if you mean to follow me elsewhere for reasons I cannot figure out I'm only on Mastodon at @nini@bitbang.social, could be on Bluesky but it sucks there and that's it. That's all there is. Eggbug forever, this'll still be my home until staff locks the doors.
