i see lots of people transed their fursona's gender when they transed their own (obviously. i presume the vast majority of people that this applies to did so.) but how many people other than me kept the other one around too

I experience genderfluidity in a way that's very situational/compartmentalized as to what gender feelings manifest in what ways, so I make 'em while keeping the old ones around since those are still often present for a situation/compartment
Both being genderfluid and the order my sonas were made in makes this question funny for me, since its like "well, Im rarely my assigned gender at birth, but I still keep that sona around, but also I made that sona more recently than when I figured out I was genderfluid..."
This doesnt really answer your question but I wanted the muse on it a little anyway.
I didn't mostly because my main sona is more an avatar than an independent character, so having a male form of her would feel very strange. But none of my other characters changed so I still have plenty of male characters to play with
My fursona is a completely independent character from me and my identity, so he didn't get hit with the orbital trans beam when I did.
