i love this ad because like

they're trying to avoid regulation by 'self-regulating'. and they aren't even succeeding at pretending to self-regulate. none of the ads have the check mark.
it's also a little bit funny that they're making a misleading advertisement to advertise how good their self-regulation is. like this advertisement claims to be 'educating consumers on how to better understand ads' or whatever their thing is but it's really trying here to say to the government 'look, we're doing it ourselves. you don't need to put more regulation on us'
