I picked up this thing and it makes a non-stop tone. When I press the buttons, they all make weird sounds. It accepts quarters so I suspect it is an arcade game?

You have to make weird sounds back at it and if you do you can talk to someone in Canada.
I think they have these in Las Vegas. They're called "One-Armed Bandits."
