the documentation says the font should have the right variants for the Oscan forms of R and U but they don't work when I try to switch them on...

also it's a real pain in the ass that Unicode considers Old Italic a LTR script, so I have to keep putting in the RLO character

can't decide how ridiculous i want it to get wrt being still grammatically conservative after all the sound changes... like part of me wants it to keep most of the case system and just mark a lot of it with articles and consonant mutations (which is what i'm doing in this example a bit)
