My favorite thing about cooking is when you plan on making eggs and sausage for dinner but discover you're short one egg so you have to pivot into making a complete Italian meal from scratch utilizing nine ingredients you forgot you had and the result is the best meal you had in 2 months
...I just end up getting takeout, y'all seem to be possessed by the ghost of Chefs Past or something! :P
