When I don't try to do any fancy rendering I can move pretty quickly! Glad you like the result.
The trick there is I divide all the shapes into their own layers as I paint them, so I can just clipping mask the shading in with big brush strokes quickly when they're done. LUIS here is 30 layers, for instance.
