What kind of "parental supervision" are we talking? It's kind of a trip to think like "ok, what can you cook without using a hot pan or a knife?" I think that's why people like stuff like mac and cheese and chicken nuggets for dinner when they're in little mode haha!
Being real, you can do a LOT of littlespace food if you're willing to prep it the day before. The big one that people overlook is "dip + stuff to dip with".
Dips: ranch, french onion dip, tahini/sesame sauce, tzatziki, hummus, baba ghanoush, muhammara, nduja (spicy salami spread), smoked fish schmear, buffalo chicken dip, nuoc cham, etc
Stuff to dip with: carrots, celery, pickle spears, pita bread, tortilla chips, pita bread chips, lentil flatbread, baguette rounds, flatbread crisps, fresh bread
Some of these require some work on your part. You might have to chop veggies or cook the dip/spread in advance. But it's all done in advance when you're in adult mode! The other advantage is that it's eating with your hands!
