By "here to stay," they probably mean that cable companies will replace their offerings with a streaming app, and every streaming service will cost eighty bucks per month and show the company's cheapest-to-produce reality programming, three titles so old that nobody can reasonably collect residuals on them, and one show per month that will be erased from history if ninety percent of subscribers don't watch it within three hours of release and convince two people to sign up to watch it...
