love that part of being trans while working in trans healthcare where you, with some frequency, break down crying at work because like oh man I've been in the boat that patient is in, I have loved ones in that boat, and here I am having to put this person in there myself.
if I didn't have a trans supervisor I think I would have burned out and died by now haha. this job!! is so hard!! omg!!
