lmao it's extremely funny that prior authorizations are not a guarantee of coverage or payment like I genuinely have still been unable to get an answer as to what they're for then, and yet it takes up like hours and hours of each day for each one. like why am I doing them then??? if not to obtain a guarantee of payment???
