The call center over booked one of our surgeons time slots by a factor of ten i am going to fucking die I cannot stress how profoundly stressed I am trying to resolve this especially knowing that this is only one of the uncountable amount of time slots that they have fucked up just today alone.

Each one was made by a different person. I have a weekly to do list item labeled "clean up after the call center". Whenever I schedule someone off the wait list I usually then go and cancel whomever had previously been put in that slot by the call center, because if I cancel first then it'll be filled by them again within an hour. We saw barely any new patients for all of January or February because we were spending so much time canceling that we didn't have time to schedule
