My annual review went exceptionally well, the program manager shared with me some of the positive feedback they've gotten about me from patients and it's,,, a lot more than I was expecting ;_;
I'm set for a raise, it's likely gonna be more than inflation at least but the exact amount is still pending. I raised the notion of hybrid work as people on here said I should and they were very on board and are gonna fight to get that for me. I'm hype. Having one or two days a week where I don't have to commute would make this job so, so much more bearable
