Not using the functionality of navinet dot net may result in longer than acceptable telephonic wait times, just as a heads up, not sure if you knew that or not but um the group chat all got together to talk and like,, idk um it's like kind of cringe that you don't use the functionalities offered by navinet dot net such as verifying member eligibility, seeing if pre-cert is required, or submitting prior authorization requests and checking claim status.
