This is what plays when you first call, genuinely the worst song on earth. Excruciating. Any company that uses this song is doing so to punish you for calling. Imaging having to listen to this for possibly an entire day. knowing that at any moment if you step away they could pick up, go "hello?" twice, then hang up and make you start over. at my old job as a case manager we used to have a buddy to watch the phone while you used the restroom and took breaks (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UulFCyFkQD0&ab_channel=KaineSweet)
But what plays when you get through and are transferred (meaning another thirty minutes or so of being on hold) is, genuinely amazing. It has no right to be this good. It's infuriating that this is what they have internally, that they can't use this for the main number.
