January is full!!! And all of them are cert'd with no outstanding issues!!!!
y'all when I started working here we were doing that "laying the track as the train goes" shit, only half or so of the OR slots were being used despite us having a 400 person wait list, surgeries would be without authorizations even up to the day before the surgery
now that wait list is 250, all out slots are full for the next three months with all of them being squared away and tied up in a nice bow
this rules. this fucking rules. im so proud of me and of us
