Met with a nutritionist for what amounts to an annual physical, just something you do when done with recovery for anorexia, and it gave me my daily dose of someone telling me what a good dog I am

i'm really glad someone's saying it!!! sometimes things are so obviously true that people don't bother pointing it out but you're such a good dog is the thing
