If insurance denies facial surgery and the appeal doesn't pan out then I'm going to change jobs the day that decision hits. I need surgery more than I need this job and I'm overworked/underpaid too much to also have my healthcare denied
I hope the people in the company who decide to exclude fgcs from our plan become aware of this fact.
I spend all day at work making it so people can have a good transition that leaves them happy with their body, I fucking deserve to get that too. man idk why but it's all hitting me today and I'm just overwhelmed by how miserable I am
