after like five months on a subpharmaceutical dose of ADHD meds, after even longer dealing with Adderall shortages, my psychiatrist finally agreed to move me up to,,,, the starting dose lmao. I cannot stress how relieved it feels to be holding this omg, so excited to be out of the liminal space between "no meds" and "enough meds"
