healthcare bureaucrat in philly, v adhd, orthodox jew, ect ect, im love my wife

I've always been hmm about having adhd or autism because I don't relate to people who talk about having either of those, or people who write about having both, but reading about someone who has the dual tract drift of adhd w/ autistic traits is very im like oh wow yeah same wow. I have the very painful negative parts of adhd and that I can see, I can point to numbers and metrics that show I am a worse worker if I let myself be unaltered, but that's really it and it really sucks contextualizing my neurotype by my shortcomings. linking my maybe autism stuff to my adhd is kinda cozy because it brings things I like about myself under that umbrella, and things I hate about myself become contextualized as normal for my neurotype, which both rule. anyways im rambling trying to convey why this is important lol I hope it's worked
