It would be really good for my mental health if every fifth new patient didn't try to use "upcoming events" and vague euphemisms to the rise of fascism to convince me to help them jump the line to an earlier surgery. I love how resourcful our community is and I love the hustle but that's not how this works and oh god it's really starting to weigh on me

Do they not realize that everyone else in like for trans surgery is facing the exact same situation or do they think that hypothetical transphobic laws affecting our region would only affect them individually
