it’s really cute how many surviving Etruscan inscriptions are jars that say “a beautiful jar for a beautiful lady”
there’s an Etruscan curse tablet commissioned by someone who identifies herself as Shetria Titi the freedwoman, where she calls down a curse on a dozen different people including several brothers and their sister. I imagine it’s a list of everyone who mistreated her while she was enslaved, and the first thing she did after gaining independence was save up for this curse tablet.
