I get to cook my favorite dish for some of my favorite people tonight, I'm excited:3
(It's schnitzel, the thing I make every shabbos lol.) I'll say, cooking the same dish every Friday night for months has made me a Beast at cooking it. I'm doing like a deep textual exploration on schnitzel, an independent study of schnitzel, I know schnitzel like the backside of my hand (well, maybe my left hand, it hasn't been that long yet)
Also I've really enjoyed only having one meat dish a week. Plant proteins are pretty cool actually and it feels both better for our bodies and the environment (and, thanks to keeping kosher, our wallets) to reserve it to just the most important dinner of the week
