ok so on main i made an offhand comparison between homestuck and hermitcraft but actually its kinda interesting... on the one hand they're both compelling adventure comedy shows that make unique use of their medium, with quirky crafting mechanics no less, but on the other hand its weird thinking sexy thoughts about The Hermits because while they're still "characters", they're specific people's personas. Whereas Homestuck's ensemble are inspired by Hussie's friends, but in abstract hard-to-prove ways, which makes them not really anyone's specific oc, so pornificating them is fine? I guess MLP is gonna rein as the unofficial porn canon for a while still.
