Rough math says you’re looking at about 16 kbit/sec… looks like MP3 doesn’t reliably go lower than 32 kbit/sec but if anyone can make it happen this website is definitely where you’d find them

According to all known laws of information theory, there is no way a Bee Movie should be able to get posted. Its maximum filesize is too small to get its contents onto the site. The movie, of course, gets posted anyway, because posters don't care what compression algorithms think is impossible.
