oof that sucks. i got put on one shortly before i quit google. even if it's not meant as like a punishment or judgment it sure felt like one. also i feel like that kind of job performance stuff is always subjective and leaves out external context. for sure i was doing worse at my job due to mental health issues during covid
yeah i definitely was going through a rough spot and like, i want to improve on the things they are talking about but boy does them “offering” the just enough for separation feel like they want me to take it.
and there’s a few parts that make me 
bc outside of it literally being brought up my manager is worse at those things than me. which is a bit frustrating.
