i think cohost has restored a bit of something i hadn't know i'd lost from years of socmed. it's been close to a decade since i felt like posting a strangely existential take on an audio excerpt from a 1997 Air Force training video that became a meme, had the instrumental version of Still D.R.E. added to it, the chika dance overlaid, and an Asuka call to action to celebrate missile monday. all followed by some discussion on the missile's knowledge of its whereabouts and speed. had i seen this meme before? yes. did i enter a fugue state as i considered the ramifications of the missile's existence? not that i can remember. but i know that i haven't posted anything like that in years. it was too easy to be afraid that somehow thousands and thousands of eyes would see it without context.
