a few weeks ago we thought we’d finally identified one of the core issues with the physical symptoms (POTS, PEM). basically (if you know your basic biology) the input to the krebs cycle is pyruvate which is created from glucose (keeping it simple). when you run out of abundant oxygen or need energy fast your body converts pyruvate into lactate. it does this with an enzyme called LDH. my recent blood tests revealed my LDH to be off the scale low 
everything else seems fine (though likely there is literally brain cruft build up slowing me down) but this was an issue. also it probably was causing a lot of diabetes like symptoms as my body destroyed itself to fuel muscles and not processing much glucose.
