I occasionally post to both twitter & cohost so you might be missing some lore lol But I started taking a Music Production class. I've always been super into music, and I listen to it so often that I'm able to pick out tiny things and melodies throughout songs on my own. It's just something fun i've picked up. So I said "lemme try. I might be good at it" anyways I dropped it on day 5. It's a beginner level music production class, yet on the second week assignment, I was supposed to produce and submit a song to my other classmates? Even though they never taught anything about how to create music? There was no music theory, no learning actual notes, or lyric making, or anything. But I was expected to submit a sample song of mine. I don't know anything about how to make music. I play no instruments. I wouldn't know the first thing about piano, guitar, drums, or even just a music making app.
I was so angry that this happened again(after the coding class) that I just cried last night. The coding class may have been my mistake and stupidity as someone who has learning challenges, but this was totally unapproachable. I physically, if I wanted to, could not submit the assignment, let alone by the end of the week.
