I had a mental breakdown yesterday & had really bad su*cidal thoughts so today at work I emailed a place that's supposed to take my insurance about getting a psych eval done.

#I almost called the near psychiatric hospital to get an emercency voluntary psych eval done but #my anxiety.#which #if i am able to go to this place and get one done I will address hopefully.#I just. It'd be so much easier for me to fill out 1000 questions than to talk to someone so I'm hoping its more about filling stuff out or yes/no questions if I go.#I haven't posted to ig - i didnt stream today - i pretty much deleted my twitter #i'm having a hard time.
