Lemme dial myself back a bit, and say that my assuming someones sexuality isn't done in mockery or anything. I just hate that, as a general consensus amongst idol fans, It's fine to sexualize idols in reference to them being straight, but it's pretty looked down upon to merely assume they might be lgbtqia+. Even simple things like (cis girl talking about cis male idol) "wow I wish I could marry this idol" or "he probably is a player behind the scenes & sees lots of girls" is assuming their sexuality and sexualizing them, to some degree.

Which I also think is not okay. The general consensus is to assume being straight is the norm, and questioning that norm is 'wrong', somehow Like if I said "I think every member in SuJu is straight" no one would really care lol

But I think generally, saying something like "wow wooyoung gives me homo vibes", at least in my opinion, isn't sexualizing him, per se. He will, himself, say that he's in love with San, and allude to not being straight, so it doesn't feel bad lol
