how are you generating it? i've been using https://github.com/blueimp/mjpeg-server to make mjpeg versions of my streams but i imagine there's a way to do it with just nginx and ffmpeg
making an mjpeg stream from a series of jpegs is suprisingly simple! you just need to be able to write raw data to the connected http client. here's my code: https://gist.github.com/blackle/15888f0dcee4caaf34e6bd6800ae465a
