how hard is it to take mastodon and turn it into a cohost-like thing? like, remove any algorithmic feeds, restrict/remove search, support posts with/without titles, remove all the numbers and metrics, etc.
i know literally nothing about the implications of what i’m saying but i’d sign up for that fediverse. i’m not going to join another Twitter-like service.
