THIS IS QUILL!!!!
Quill is 20 and is currently an 
entomology student and organic chemistry minor at the local college where he lives. A mentor of his at college did an unethical genetic modification experiment on him with Sabethes mosquito DNA and now he thirsts for BLOOD, and if he doesn't drink enough blood, he develops mosquito features. But they can be used for maiming and fighting villains, so it's fine. He's known as The Mosquito while crime fighting.
